Text of Complementary Low-Esteem

Hello everyone!

And when self-esteem begins in ourselves? Many people feel helpless or worthless, these feelings lead to self-pity. This self-pity begins to diminish and disrupt our patterns of vibration and this results in?

Diseases and disorders! Diseases are not only results in derangements of nature. Most of our illnesses begin in ourselves, in our "sick" spirit (in a vibration), the spirit is not affected by matter but by the thoughts, feelings, emotions and vibrations that generate them, but the physical body is affected by all forms of spirit, when it is healthy the body responds positively when the spirit is in them imbalance is reflected in the body.

It can be seen easily a person with low self-esteem, she is insecure and does not trust itself has no inner experience, because they do not value their inner world and do not awaken latent abilities and potential. This means it has an extremely small and focused view of life and its events.

When we fail to interpret the events of life and the natural follow-up which will involve his destiny, our existence plunge, in a total lack of sense. Many people feel bad for not being able to know or not perform certain tasks or do not know how to handle certain situations.

Each individual has a way of thinking and reacting to situations. No one may charge another being, the same response that would only generate their distress for both parties. A perfect example is to charge a child an adult attitude. How many parents talk to their children aggressively, because these take childish attitudes. A child can not act like an adult, it does not have the baggage necessary to do so. We are like children in many moments, but that does not mean we are worse (or better) than anyone else.

"God created all spirits simple and ignorant, that is, without knowing it. (...) Spirits, in its origin, would be like children,ignorant and inexperienced, only gradually acquiring the knowledge they need to go through the different stages of life."

We first of all have to consider that simple and ignorant does not mean inferior! Simple means - basic, spontaneous, natural and primary. Ignorant - who has no self-awareness. Everyone has the potential to grow and develop.

This potential in many instances is latent because they do nottrust in ourselves, and we find ourselves not able to perform certain actions. The main purpose of our incarnation is theawareness of the richness of our inner world. We are divine essences in search of perfection, whose path is self-discovery.

But the fact that many people are endowed with great abilities does not make them better than anyone and not earlier (beware of pride!). We can compare our evolution as the wings of anangel. One wing the intellectual and the other the moral side, if we develop only one will be unable to fly. We have to do even in small progressions, to go forward intellectually and morally in order to raise great flights, without the fear of the “fall” (misfortunes of all sorts).

Some skilled people are lost and use their abilities to escape from the world (what we say in the first post), others feel unable to do anything and feel "bad." And some because they are able, are proud and fall, one time or another, victims of their own pride. The human being is a complicated "pet" right? hehehe ...

To slow a bit of our low self-esteem we can think as follows:

- We are potentially able to make decisions without going through to endless advice;
- We have a divine individuality, completely separate from the others;
- We do things because we like, not to please people;
- Will use constantly in our common sense, so the critics and the criticisms did not reach us with ease;
- We will take our own decisions, while respecting those of others;
- Increased trust in the Light that is within us, she will always lead us the best ways.

Let us think about ourselves, and we can enter our intimacy. Let us fight for the general evolution, this evolution that begins in our own example, good and bad. Beginning to be noticed, analyzed, and internalized in a row, slowly changing the world. This speed depends only on the effort each of us.
