Before continue the study of feelings clearly, first we need to make clear what is what. What is a sensation? An emotion? And a feeling? All these questions should disappear before we can proceed. Let's go straight to the point?
What is a sensation?
Sensations are the impressions we have of the outside world, which can be manifested in many different forms, from visual to tactile impressions (light, touch, smells, etc.) Which are transmitted to the sensory organs and carried to the brain through the nervous system. We spent daily for a multitude of stimuli (sensations), and interpreted only the necessary. The stimuli (sensations) received are equal for all, what changes is the individual perception and level of consciousness and reflection. While sometimes the feeling is regarded as the starting point for building the experience and knowledge, it is not, however, an mediate data of consciousness: the feeling only shows our spirit in a more complex form, the way of perception.

What is an emotion?
After the initial sensation is assimilated it becomes an emotion, so the emotions are the initial reaction to a particular occurrence, have emotions is something instinctive and basic human who can not remain indifferent to his surroundings. In most cases the emotions are followed by internal responses (joy, sadness, anger, euphoria, etc.) and / or external (crying, smiling, sad face, surprised face, etc.), but still you can have the emotion without a corresponding behavior, then we can assume that emotion is not only the behavior, much less the behavior is an essential part of emotion. Emotions are part of our general development helping us to have inner experiences that shape us as individuals. During our existence we have different experiences, some happy some not, that in many instances even though we do not remember, they are stored in our subconscious and emerge in various ways (dreams, a similar scene, etc..), Some emotions are so strongly marked in , that we always hear people saying in different situations, "Wow this perfume reminds me of my sister who lives far away." Along with these situations, beyond recall, the speaker awakens within him an emotion (longing, sadness, excitement etc.).

What’s a feeling?
The feeling is an emotion felt and "thought" it would be the lengthy emotion, which suffer the action of our evolution and our general knowledge. The human being, when less evolved more he uses the instincts and the more evolved the more he uses the free will and have understand of their own feelings. The feeling gradually unfolds in humans as it becomes sublime, feelings are understood and form the interior capacity with which we were born to get to what we think is good / evil and right / wrong. Feelings produce emotions but these will be felt by the body. Example, a person who loves another, for having made this decision to love this one, even after suffering some evil committed by a loved one, you can still love her, often without understanding how to love at the same time you feel the emotion characteristic of the time of anger, or pain of betrayal, or some other emotion that rationally, could lead the person who loves to want to stop loving. The feelings would be actions arising from decisions taken by one person. We can mention the empathy, on the level of curiosity that would be the ability to obtain and capture information about the feelings and emotions of others.

One problem that may confuse the understanding of this concept of feeling, is the fact that , generally, the names used to refer to a feeling, they are also used to refer to the emotions.
Summing up, the feeling would be the initial physical part, the emotion is the "process", the moment in which we perceive and feel, we have the internal interpretation and we can or can not express externally, and finally the feeling that would be the outcome, thought and emotion reflected externalizing the evolutionary level of being.
